- Create more affordable senior citizens living facilities
- Create real job opportunities for returning citizens
- Create a pathway for DC businesses to be integrated in our DC budget spending beyond normal CBE 30% mandate

- Create complete wraparound services to reduce crime in our FIAs (Focus Improvement Areas) that correlates government resources and funding non-profits and organizations that focus on mental health, mentoring, job training, job placement, education interventions, violence interrupters, safe hubs, etc
- Meet with our government employee Unions to negotiate ways to increase pay and create a pipeline to bring DC government workers back to DC
- Reorganize Community Policing with the Metropolitan Police Department
- Expand the Summer Youth Employment Program to ages 17-24 with year round jobs and internship opportunities.
- Increase the Mayor's Office of Returning Citizens budget creating a comprehensive office that provides true wraparound services for Returning Citizens, with a 25 to 1 max match for life counselors
- Leverage relationships with banks to increase access to small business loans for Washington DC businesses
- Fund Displacement Free zones to delay taxes on areas hardest hit by government
- Create a formula for Community Investment with government funded projects
